Moorfield takes your privacy seriously and we take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure your personal data. We work hard to protect you and your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures in place, including: SSL, encryptions, internal best practices, access restriction, IT measures, authentication, etc.

7. How long we keep your data

Moorfield Nanotechnology only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed, if we have no other ongoing legal basis for keeping it.

We will keep information about our customers (name, address, contact details) for a maximum of 20 years or the stated life time of the product, for the purposes of maintaining technical contact (e.g., for providing you with relevant technical bulletins).

Where we have used legitimate interest as a basis for collecting and storing your personal data, we will keep such data until you object to this.
